Order Production Time

In stock items will ship in 1-2 business days after purchase. Made-to-order and out-of-stock items will ship within 10-15 business days unless otherwise specified. We will email you with tracking information when your order has been sent.

If your order is a rush, please Contact Us and we will do our best to prioritize your order.

Shipping

Signature is required upon delivery. Lawlor Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments when tracking states that the item has been delivered. Lawlor Jewelry is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.

If your package is sent back to Lawlor Jewelry for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

International Orders

Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all international orders:

Prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Lawlor Jewelry is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and any other associated fees.

The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations, and restrictions of the destination country. Lawlor Jewelry is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.

All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns

We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in Canada and the US. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included).
  • No individual item of a set can be returned for a refund, store credit, and/or size exchange; it must be returned as a complete set.

Return Process

For online purchases:

  1. A shipping label will be provided for your return.
  2. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  3. Please note that a return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns shipped from Canada and $40 for the US.
  4. These return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

In-Store Exchanges & Returns

No shipping fee is charged for in-store exchanges or returns. For in-store and "Buy Online, Pickup In-Store" purchases, these orders can be returned in-store only. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready.

  • Earrings used for piercing during a piercing appointment
